I have known of Chris for a little while through relatives’ weddings as well as mutual friends. There was never any doubt about his talent, I mean look through all his pictures, it’s obvious. However, it was not just his talent that had me sold; it was his personality. I knew from a few years ago from being in a bridal party that he was shooting that he was our guy.He made that day effortless and fun, for the couple and the entire wedding party. Naturally, our engagement session went accordingly. I wanted something different, so I suggested the CNE. Then Chris said, why don’t we do it at night? Just envisioning all the rides lit up at night as the back drop had me convinced. We had a lot of fun while waiting around for the perfect time of the evening to shoot, and even more fun when it came time to take the pictures. Neither of us are a huge fan of PDA (bad choice of place to shoot with thousands of people around, I know). But Chris’ confidence and humor made it seem as though we were the only two people in the park. My hardest decision now is to chose from all the great shots he captured.For anyone thinking of going with Studio Cabral for their event, it is a no brainer. He IS the whole package. 🙂
