How did the two of you meet?
Gary and I went to elementary school together. Gary was my first “boyfriend” back then. When we went to high school we lost contact. Years later, thanks to facebook, we reconnected and started dating awhile after.
How long have you been together ?
We have been together for 3 awesome years.
(That’s not including our young elementary school love 🙂
Tell us about your favorite date together.
Our favorite date was our first date together after we reconnected. We went to the CN Tower. Everything between us just flowed like we had never lost contact with each other. Gary had never been to the CN Tower before, so watching him and being able to be there to experience it with him was really nice.
What is your favorite thing about one another?
Cristina – My favorite thing about Gary is that he makes me feel like nothing in the world can hurt me and that I am the only person that exists. Especially when he wraps his arms around me.
Gary – I don’t have a favorite “thing” about Cristina because it’s hard to choose one. Everything about her is special. She is so fascinating that it makes me want more, see more, feel more, and hear more. So, everything about Cristina is my favorite. Though, I have to say, when she looks at me with those beautiful brown eyes it makes me feel so good inside, knowing that she loves me and cares for me like no one else could.
How did he propose?
Funny you ask! I had just finished taking a shower. I was in my bedroom still wrapped with a towel around me, and another towel on my head. Gary came in and told me he couldn’t wait any longer, and got down on one knee, said some really nice things and proposed. The setting was not beautiful or so romantic (considering I was wrapped in towels) but I could never say no to that face that looked so nervous, and scared, yet so excited all at once.
