In the world of photography you can photograph anything and everything. We are no exception at Studio Cabral, we get many different objects to photograph. Some big, some small but all are important to those that bring them in to be photographed. It could be for their own business and they need to get a few fresh images on their website. Or they could have an interesting collection of shoes. I’m looking at you ladies. Either way, if it is important to our clients it is in turn important to us.
Last month we had someone pass through with a bunch of records. They were looking to sell some of them online and wanted them to look there best. I am thinking the Grease album will move quick…It may be the “One That You Want”…Get it?. A Chef came calling with an idea for a cook book and wanted a cover shot with a few of his favorite spices. We also met a lovely young woman who only wears white Chuck Taylor’s. That love is so deep that she wanted some wall art for her living room. Her only request was for us to be a little different about it. To top it off we even had the opportunity to photograph some cappuccinos AND drink them too.
Every month we get to photograph great pieces from far and wide. We love the chance to create something different every day. In many cases these are things that we would never think of photographing. But the end up challenging us as well as helping us grow our craft. At the end of the day we all want to get better at what we do. There is no room for you to stand still, only to stand apart.
