How did the two of you meet?
We met at his Sister’s Wedding Shower. We were both in the Wedding party because his Sister was marring my cousin.
We sat beside each other for the Lunch and hit it off right away. One week later we had our first date.
How long have you been together ?
6 years and 1 month
Tell us about your favorite date together.
Our Favourite Date was when we went up to the Cottage for Valentines weekend one year.
Danny surprised me with chocolate chip pancakes for breakfast and even made had ones that spelt out S + D.
He also covered the entire table with Hersey’s caramel kisses. It was such a relaxing weekend and we got to spend the
entire time with each other.
What is your favorite thing about one another?
Danny: I can’t pick just one thing about her that is my favorite because there are so many.
She is just perfect in every way.
Sarah: I love the fact that he can always make me smile no matter what the situation is. He is so loving, funny and easy going, I always have a good time when I am around him.
How did he propose?
It was December 18th and Danny wanted to take me to Casa Loma. He said there was an e-mail sent to him about the Shrek production they were putting on and that it would be nice since the Castle would be decorated for Christmas and I had only gone there once before. So we went around the entire Castle, got a picture taken with Santa, and saw the Shrek production. On the way out, he wanted to take pictures of me in front of the Castle. I however, was cold and was running to the car to get inside. The only way he could stop me from going inside the car was to get me to take pictures of him and then show me the pictures I took on the camera. Afterwards, he told me that the only problem with visiting the Castle was that now he wanted to marry the Princess. I didn’t get what he was saying until he got down on one knee and asked me to marry him.
Thank you very much to Chris and Studio Cabral for making our day so easy. We didn’t have a spot to take our pictures, but Chris took care of that and found some amazing settings. He certainly makes it fun to take pictures especially when your feet are killing you. We did not stop laughing the entire day thanks to him.
