Just wanted to share with all of you a few of Studio Cabral Wedding Photography FAQ’s.
Can you work with my budget?
– We are pleased to say that we work with many different budgets. If you are tight on funds and are paying for the wedding yourselves, consider getting our Collection One. You can always upgrade your album or even purchase other albums after the wedding. Or better yet , let family and friends know that they can help you thorough our wedding Gift registry. This way they can contribute to something really special.
Do we have to come to the studio?
– We would really love to meet you both but, whether you live far away or have different schedules it can be difficult. We have booked quite a few weddings either over the phone, via email and even on Skype. If you want us to be there for your special day we will find a way to make that happen. Most of our out of town couples don’t meet us until their wedding day. I guess they like our work that much!
How far in advance do you take wedding bookings?
– Usually our clients book between 12-18 months before their big day, although we have had bookings a full 2 calendar years in advance. As soon as you know who you want, book them it is the best way to avoid disappointment.
How many pictures do you take?
– We do not have a set number, it varies from event to event. We photograph as many photos in the time we can to tell the story of your day. That is one of our promises to you. We will document your wedding day story through our camera and we never put a number on what we document.
Do you provide the digital files?
– Most of our wedding collections include the digital files.
What equipment do you use?
– We use the latest equipment from Canon and Nikon. This includes camera’s, lens’s and flashes. We also use a variety of other handy gadgets that help us achieve the look we want.
Do you have backup equipment?
– On any given event we have at the very least one backup of every camera, lens or flash. In some cases 2 backups.
Do you travel?
– Yes we do travel. We have shot weddings all over the world and if a plane can get there we can too. If you check out our information section you will see that we have a photo wish list of 5 wishes from each of our photographers. Most of them require travel and in most cases quite a bit.
What if it rains?
– Although we can control many things weather isn’t one of them. We always have a backup plan in case of bad weather that we go over with the couple before hand.
Should I give you a shot list?
– When it comes to family and group photos yes. However any other type of shot list will only hinder our creativity.
When will I see my photographs?
– Our wedding’s include online viewing within a month after your wedding you will have a private password to view all of your images online.
We want you, how do we book?
– If you don’t have the time to pass by our studio you can either phone or email we will be more than happy to help you. A deposit of 25%of the collection you choose is needed to book your date.
