Your Wedding Photos Can Be Taken Anywhere…
A few weeks back we had a conversation with a couple getting married in 2019. They were surprised when we mentioned that it is possible to have your wedding photography taken anywhere. It could be a park, garage, hotel, alleyway or any and every place you can think of. In order to feel completely comfortable with this statement we decided to make it happen as often as possible. So when we have a little more time to capture wedding images we will seek out the obscure or the none traditional wedding locations.
This past Saturday we thought we should give this a try. While downtown in Toronto for Victoria and David’s wedding day we had a few extra moments to take a stroll down a street that we barely ever traveled. A street in which we normally turned right we turned left instead. It lead us to a rather empty parking garage were we entered not knowing what to find. Not knowing what you can find is the best part. it could be nothing at all or it can be a real eye opener which is what we found on this day.
In a lonely corner of the garage we found one little light. and all of the images below were captured under this one little light. Now I know this looks like a high end light source but I kid you not we were in a parking garage. Our new friend whom allowed us access thought we were crazy and to be fair our bride and groom may have thought so as well. After catching a glimpse of the back of our camera not many called us crazy after. Below is proof that your wedding photos can be taken anywhere and everywhere, with pretty awesome results. All that is required is an open mind and sense of adventure.
