How did the two of you meet?
We met in an elective class (Geography) while we were both in our second year of university. We had to do group work and neither of us had done the assignment so we took the time to get to know each other and realized we had so much in common. We were inseparable after that. The rest as they say is history!
How long have you been together ?
We have been together for 7 years.
Tell us about your favorite date together.
Although it’s hard to choose, our favorite date was in Montreal spending the day sightseeing and then going for a nice dinner with drinks afterwards. It was so much fun!
What is your favorite thing about one another?
My favorite thing about David is his ability to make me feel as though I’m the only person
that matters when we are together. He always knows how to make me smile.
My favorite thing about Renee is that she can always read my mind. I can just look her in the
eyes and tell she knows what I am feeling. It’s almost like telepathy.
How did he propose?
David proposed by taking me out for a really nice dinner on our 5 year anniversary and afterwards we took a walk to Ryerson where we met and he got down on one knee, told me how special I was to him and asked me to be his wife. I have to say I was really surprised!
